Graduated in Architecture by Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon. PhD in Architectural Rehabilitation from the Department of Architectural Constructions of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura of the University of Coruña. Architecture Studio since 1997. Teacher of Higher Education in Architecture since 1997 in the areas of Design, Theory and History of Architecture, is a professor in the Master's Degree and PhD in Architecture at the Lusófona University and a teacher in the postgraduate "Collaborative Territories" at the Institute's ISCTE University of Lisbon. Founded Arquitectos Sem Fronteiras Portugal. Integrated member of the Center for Studies in Architecture and Urbanism of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto since 2012. Chair of Architecture Sans Frontières Internacional from 2018 to 2023. Teacher of "Architecture and Society" in FAUP since 2020. Chair of Arquitectos Sem Fronteiras Portugal. Co coordinator of "Right to the City" program.
