Ana Neiva

Assistant Coordinator (Strategy)
Academic Researcher and Architectural Investigator

Ana Neiva holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP) with a thesis titled "Exhibiting Portuguese Architecture: Twentieth-century Curatorial Strategies." As an invited Assistant Professor, she teaches at FAUP, where she is an integrated member of CEAU, and at FCAATI Universidade Lusófona, where she serves as the vice-director of ARQ.ID. Her research work, regularly presented at national and international conferences, focuses on the expansion of architecture into the realms of art, society, health, and well-being, as well as architectural curation. This is reflected in her professional journey: "Porto - The City, the School, and the Masters," UABB 2015 (Shenzhen), "Lo studio Ginoulhiac - 10 Anni. 10 Case. 10 Temi di Architettura" (Bergamo and Porto, 2019); and "Fertile Futures" - Official Portuguese Representation at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia 2023 (deputy-curator), are examples of a practice that also extends to interior ship design.
